Replacement Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within seven days from the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after the seven days have passed. 2- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product, and in international replacement, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. Return Policy: Returns are allowed for all products if there is a defect in the product within one day of receiving the order, provided that the customer ships the products to the store's address at his own expense. After receiving the products and verifying their safety, only the value of the products, excluding shipping costs, will be transferred directly to the customer within 72 hours.
